Spiritual Forecast: 2026
Harvest- There are seasonal harvests. Seeds are constant. And therefore, constantly being sown. Then they are abundant harvests, which by reason of design yield greater than the seasonal harvests. And abundant harvests generally cultivate over time.
The harvest will be great in this season. Do not liken season to the time stamp of a/the new year. These harvests are spiritual and therefore sown in the spirit, yet they reap a manifested harvest in the natural realm. It will behoove you to be aware of your harvests. Pay close attention to what you are yielding. It is as vital to be aware of your bulk harvests. For they were a long time coming, either because of patience, or lack thereof.
Your abundant harvest is based on the act(ions) of your will. For some this will be good, for others it will be not so good. And as much as we would like to forfeit the harvests that yield the not-so-good, we cannot. It will be important to, as Jesus said, “go and sin no more.” (John 8:11) Leave the life of sin; sin of hardness of heart, sin of omission (knowingly committing sin), and sin of commission (unknowingly committing sin), sin of anger, sin of stubbornness, hidden sin, and/or sins of the flesh that produced your harvests. “Be not deceived, God is not mocked, whatsoever a man sows, that he will also reap” (Galatians 6:7)
Walk worthy of the calling with which you were called Ephesians 4:1, for you must give an account unto the Lord, not to mankind. “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24.
Being mindful: For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Therefore whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops. Luke 12:2-3.
This is where we introspectively look and see what fruit we bear; we examine if it is that borne of Holy Spirit. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Galatians 5:22-24 Contemplate what needs to be pruned away, and be done away with that which does not measure up.
Advance/Growth- Recognize the areas where advancement has taken place. This is the result of spiritual growth in which the eyes and ears of understanding have been opened, and greater understanding of the knowledge received has occurred. Time is your measuring rod. Look at where you were weeks, months, and even years past and where you are now by comparison. Pay close attention to those areas that need to be strengthened, as these are the areas that present the potential for backsliding, which is the antithesis of growth. Where there is cessation, that is to say no growth, death will be certain to eventually follow. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. James 1:15 Therefore, as advancement continues, stay closely connected to The One, that is the cause for advancement: John 15:5 - “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” All that we are is because of The Lord Jesus Christ, being mindful of that very thing. Promotion comes from above. Let us stay connected to The Master.
Now let me sing to my Well-beloved A song of my Beloved regarding His vineyard: My Well-beloved has a vineyard On a very fruitful hill. He dug it up and cleared out its stones, And planted it with the choicest vine. He built a tower in its midst, And also made a winepress in it; So He expected it to bring forth good grapes, But it brought forth wild grapes. “And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem and men of Judah, Judge, please, between Me and My vineyard. What more could have been done to My vineyard That I have not done in it? Why then, when I expected it to bring forth good grapes, Did it bring forth wild grapes? And now, please let Me tell you what I will do to My vineyard: I will take away its hedge, and it shall be burned; And break down its wall, and it shall be trampled down. I will lay it waste; It shall not be pruned or dug, But there shall come up briers and thorns. I will also command the clouds That they rain no rain on it.” For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, And the men of Judah are His pleasant plant. He looked for justice, but behold, oppression; For righteousness, but behold, a cry for help. Isaiah 5:1-7
Remember, you are called. Chosen. 1 Peter 2:9 - But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; Continue to allow the pruning to take place, so that you may bear much fruit. For You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. John 15:16
Shift - prepare to continue to shift. The shifting for many has begun and is/has manifested. Major life changes. Hold those things which you control loosely and be ready to relinquish that which is no longer in season. Expiration is as much a part of the life cycle as is birth or inception. Let go of that which is not bearing fruit. Release that which is not in season. Trust the process, for you have been called. Do not neglect being chosen. For MANY are called, but FEW are chosen. “For many are called, but few are chosen.” Matthew 22:14
In this season you will have opportunities to shift. This may include job shifts, residential shifts, position shifts, physical shifts, status shifts, etc. Have your discernment sharpened to know the difference, if this is the will of God concerning your purpose, or if this is your flesh desiring its own passions. It will be of vital importance to your growth as well as your advance, in the grand scheme of your calling and your purpose thus staying on the narrow path to making sure your election into the Kingdom of Heaven is sure [certain]. Always be ready! Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. 2 Timothy 2:4 You can’t teach what you do not know, what you do not know, will not be inside of you. Only what is inside of you will come out of you. Always make time for studying the Word of God and spending quality time with The Lord! For while we are in this world [living] we are not of this world. We are of a different system, that of The Lord through Jesus Christ. So that He may pray for us and protect us, let us be one with Him all that we do. “I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours” - John 17:9
Beloved, to everything there is a season. (Ecclesiastes 3:1) As we look at this spiritual forecast, let us continue to clothe ourselves in the full armor of God, beginning with the helmet of salvation. Let us keep our minds as the mind of Christ Jesus (Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus Philippians 2:5). Let us not forget who we are in Christ Jesus and what we are called and purpose to accomplish while on this side of eternity. That is our salvation and seeking to lead others to salvation.
Go in peace and, most assuredly. always go in the Love of Christ Jesus.
Lovingly in Christ Jesus,
Apostle Wendy Connor
